Question
Hi, I live in NY state. I am dealing with RUBIN & ROTHMAN. I have an income execution in response to a ford motor credit car loan. The execution says the total is over 7k.  I also see one papers from the county clerk office it says the entry date was 10.3.2000. I never even knew there was judgment and all of a sudden my wages will be garnished if i don't pay. Help, I never received a summons and have no idea if i can fight this.
thanks, please let me know soon i just received the execution on 9.17.09, not much time to take action. Why would they wait 9 years if this was entered in 2000.

please let me know if u can help.

Answer
Josh,

Sorry to hear about your situation.  Yes, I can help you.  If you never received proper notification of this consumer debt collection lawsuit that was filed against you, we can perhaps get the default judgment vacated.

Please call me directly and I will be happy to assist.
