Question
I received my original “Loan Agreement and Disclosure Statement” via US mail dated May 15th 2009. The Loan Agreement and Disclosure Statement is stamped “Paid in full” with the date of April 23, 2009. American General states this was a mistake but they have not provided proof I still owe money. I have not received any requestsills in the mail. I have received 208 phone calls to my residence and have security video of a AGF employee harassing me at home. All after I submitted in writing to stop the harassment. What are my legal rights? Can I sue for harassment?

Answer
John,

I could not tell if there is a lawsuit here based off what you said. You may want to find a local attorney by going to www.naca.net or calling (214) 552-6647. Most will give you a free consultation.
