Question
QUESTION: We have paid off the entire bill and do not owe any balance. They are still calling 3+ times a day. We have called and changed number and asked them to not call and they continue to call 3 or more times a day. What options do we have?

ANSWER: Dear Angie,

How do you know the account is paid in full and they received the funds?

---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------

QUESTION: I know it is paid in full because I made the payment over the phone, got a confirmation number, and the funds were taken out of our banking account.

Answer
Then provide the company proof the account is paid for.  If it's a collection agency that's calling and you made the payment to the creditor, then there's a reporting delay.  The account should be credited when the direct pays are sent to the outside collection agency.
