Yes, they can. They can demand anything they want and sue you if you don't comply. Your debt settlement company can't do a thing about it. They are totally powerless to do anything for you at all other than take your money and hopefully pay at least some of it out to your creditors.

Can the lawfirm threaten you with a lawsuit? Yep. Can they be harassing about it? Only if you let them. So what else can they do to you? Lots of things. They can sue you and get a judgment against you, then get a garnishment and grab any and all money out of any and all bank accounts you may have or be joint with, even savings accounts set up for your kids. And they can do much more than that. You can put a stop to it however. You can severely limit or totally elimintate any possibility of their getting any money whatever from you but if you don't take the appropriate steps now they will not only do all of the above but maybe even worse than that. It is up to you to learn how to put a total stop to what they plan to do to you and you don't have much time to get the job done and everything all safe and secure.

Education/Credentials
Paralegal courses for the most part.
I have been teaching people how to deal with judgments, mortgage foreclosures and other such problems both on and off the internet for many, many years. I am a Richard Cornforth information provider ever since 2000 and worked with many other organizations and causes since 1980. I was Oklahoma State Chairman for the nationwide drive to defeat the Constitutional Convention which was proposed by various factions within our federal government such as the Council of State Governments and the National Organization of State Governors who were working hard to organize a Constitutional Convention to be held in 1995 for the purpose of rewriting our American Constitution to be more acceptable to the United Nations. I worked with Senator Charles Duke of Colorado and Senator Don Rogers of California and many others across the nation to keep them from getting the number of delegate states required to lawfully hold a Con-Con and we were successful. I have worked with many other legislative issues in Oklahoma and have always been very successful.
