Question
Is there any law in Oklahoma regarding how long a hospital has to refund a patient for overpayment of a medical bill?

Answer
Not that I know of.  This would be left up to hospital policy.  If I were you I would send a request to the Director of Business Office Services and copy it to the Administrator of the hospital.  This should get the ball rolling.  I hope you find this helpful.
