Experience FREE BANKRUPTCY HELP. If you are being sued, if your home is being foreclosed, or if you are being harassed by bill collectors, filing for bankruptcy may be a quick and inexpensive solution.. The mere filing of a bankruptcy will operate as a federal court order (it is called an automatic stay) to stop all bill collection efforts, including lawsuits that are pending or ongoing. Bankruptcy is a legitimate way to meet your problems with debt head-on. The bankruptcy law is designed to give you a second chance to make a new start without the psychological and financial burden of pressing debts that you are unable to pay. Depending on what state you live in and what your assets are, it is very unlikely that you are going to have to lose anything if you file for bankruptcy, and this is something that you can do immediately without having to pay the $500 to $1,500 attorney fees that most attorneys charge. Also, you might be surprised that you can file for bankruptcy and that it will not have the devastating effect on your credit that most bill collectors describe. Life is too short to have all this anxiety over losing your car through repossession, getting evicted from your home, or losing your home through foreclosure. Bankruptcy law was designed to give you a second chance. I will not charge you just to talk on the phone. I have a $600 debt with a company based in Munich Germany. I did do business with the company but they over charged my checking account to the tune of $600. The company had entered wrong information in their system resulting in the over charge. They admit their mistake. However, after trying to work the issue out with the company I got nowhere. So I went to my local bank and signed an affidavit that the charges should be reveresed back to the company. Since then the company has been in touch with me about paying the $600. I have even tried to come to a compromise and pay them half to settle. They refused my offer and stated that I am responsible for the full amount. They have told me that they will be forwarding it to collections. I researched the company a bit more online. The transactions that I did were through click2pay. Their parent company is wirecard. I saw on their website that there "jurisdiction" is in munich. I don't want any trouble with a collector calling me. Will they use a collection agency in the states? What should I do?
Answer RElax under these circumstances you don't have a whole lot to worry about. They may or may not put you into colleciton status, but if they do, you can deal witht hat if it happens. If they start calling you or writing letters to you, call me and I can show you quickly how to put a stop to that also. 661 492-2673 This is nothing to worry about. Don't compromise anything. You don't owe the money and there isn't a whole lot they can do about it.
