What I am I doing wrong? I'am pasting a copy of a letter that I sent to all the credit reporting companys. I have documented everthing. and I'm still getting "unable to accept the documentation you sent"

I recently pulled my credit report from TransUnion and to my amazement, saw that there was a �Collection Account� from
Professional Adjustment Service, Inc.

I am disputing that this was a collection acct. This was a covered health insurance bill that should have never gone to collections. I had no knowledge of this bill until I received the collection notice. I called Professional Adjustment Service and explained that I was covered under Aetna Health Ins. at that time and they basically told me they didn�t care just that I had to pay them $440.00. I found the phone number to the original debtor:

I talked to a lady named Jolynda at Diagnostic Imaging on March 9th 2005, I told her my name and explained my getting a collection notice and that I had Aetna Health Ins. at the time of service which was 6-10-04. Jolynda was very nice pulled up my account verified my information and apologized for any inconvenience and told me she would take care of everything. I asked specifically if this was going to be on my credit report she said no.
The claim was then sent and received by Aetna on 3-17-05 and paid on 4-11-05 Check # 6620913 cashed on 4-26-05. The claim was filed by and paid to Diagnostic Imaging Inc - Southern Hills Medical Center not Professional Adjustment Service, Inc
Again, I am disputing the fact that this should have never went to collections I was covered starting in July of 2003 and still am with Aetna Health Ins.
Attached you will find a letter from Aetna stating when my coverage started with them and a copy of the EOB. Also a copy of the collection notice with the name of the lady I talked to at Diagnostic Imaging Inc. and the date we talked.
When your company has corrected the inaccurate information described above, please send a corrected report to me and to anyone else who has requested a copy of my credit file within the last six months. In the event that your company does not respond to my request within 30 days, I will assume that you are unable to verify the information, which means you must immediately remove or correct the items in question.

I'am at my wits end I have worked really hard on my credit report and to find a collection even though it shows paid on there for some one not filing a claim in a timly manner is crazy!

It is evident that you are dealing with an incompetent creditor who does not take their obligation under the FCRA seriously.
