Experience
FREE BANKRUPTCY HELP. If you are being sued, if your home is being foreclosed, or if you are being harassed by bill collectors, filing for bankruptcy may be a quick and inexpensive solution.. The mere filing of a bankruptcy will operate as a federal court order (it is called an automatic stay) to stop all bill collection efforts, including lawsuits that are pending or ongoing. Bankruptcy is a legitimate way to meet your problems with debt head-on. The bankruptcy law is designed to give you a second chance to make a new start without the psychological and financial burden of pressing debts that you are unable to pay. Depending on what state you live in and what your assets are, it is very unlikely that you are going to have to lose anything if you file for bankruptcy, and this is something that you can do immediately without having to pay the $500 to $1,500 attorney fees that most attorneys charge. Also, you might be surprised that you can file for bankruptcy and that it will not have the devastating effect on your credit that most bill collectors describe. Life is too short to have all this anxiety over losing your car through repossession, getting evicted from your home, or losing your home through foreclosure. Bankruptcy law was designed to give you a second chance. I will not charge you just to talk on the phone. Call me at 432 853-5711, or send me an email at j_h14@hotmail.com with your telephone number, and I will call you back.

Hi John,
I had contacted you back in March regarding this issue and I wanted to tell you about an update. I mentioned to you that I had taken out a payday loan last april and had issues with my bank the account got closed. Never heard from the company - Until this past March when some collection lawyer called and made some threats. You told me he would not call again and he hasn't.
Today I got a phone call from someone at a differnt collection agency calling about what I beleive was the same loan. He told me I had until today to pay the $171 or he was going to proceed with action against me. I told him I wanted something in writing that I just don't pay bills over the phone. He told me they do not do that he wished me luck and hung up the phone on me.
I called back and told him I wanted his address. He told me they do not give out that informaiton due to security reasons. I told him he was not acting in accordance with the Fair Credit reporting act, He told me the law does not apply to him and hung up.
About two minutes later he calls back and tells me he is doing his job and he is not doing anything wrong and that he is just informing me of the situation. Yeah and meanwhile threating me to pay the bill or he will seek legal action!

Answer -
Relax.  You are dealing with a fool.  Call me if you like.  I will not charge you just to talk on the phone.   661  492-2673

Thank you for getting back to me. I really don't understand why this guy would not give me his address - does he want me to believe he works undercover? I would like to call you - but I did not want to call at an inconvient time. I do not know what part of the country you are in - what time of day is best to reach you? I am easter standard time.

Answer
Why would the bill collector act like he did?  Perhaps it is nothing more than a frustration at your telephone call because he lacked the confidence that his actions were within the law.  Maybe he was just poorly trained -  Sounds like he just froze like a deer in the headlights, but this time he covered up his frustration by yelling at you, hanging up, etc.    Really doesn't matter a whole lot -  he is misinformed at best.  More importantly, what do you do now?   I am in Central Time zone.  Call me if you like anytime on my cell 661  492-2673  If I can't talk right then we can arrange something so that we can talk when it is mutually convenient for both of us.
