Question
I have a personal judgement that i've been fighting for 2 years now, for a supposed credit card that is not mine. I want to start a business doing computer repair in Florida. Will this judgement affect my company in any way, shape or form if I register a company as LLC or Inc.? Thank you in advance for your assistance and answers.

Answer
Paul:

It won't technically effect an LLC or C or S Corp in terms of filing.  However, it will effect your personal credit and by extension thereof, your businesses ability to obtain credit.  Unfortunately, most business credit requires a personal guarantee and by virtue of that, a review of your personal credit reports.
