Experience FREE BANKRUPTCY HELP. If you are being sued, if your home is being foreclosed, or if you are being harassed by bill collectors, filing for bankruptcy may be a quick and inexpensive solution.. The mere filing of a bankruptcy will operate as a federal court order (it is called an automatic stay) to stop all bill collection efforts, including lawsuits that are pending or ongoing. Bankruptcy is a legitimate way to meet your problems with debt head-on. The bankruptcy law is designed to give you a second chance to make a new start without the psychological and financial burden of pressing debts that you are unable to pay. Depending on what state you live in and what your assets are, it is very unlikely that you are going to have to lose anything if you file for bankruptcy, and this is something that you can do immediately without having to pay the $500 to $1,500 attorney fees that most attorneys charge. Also, you might be surprised that you can file for bankruptcy and that it will not have the devastating effect on your credit that most bill collectors describe. Life is too short to have all this anxiety over losing your car through repossession, getting evicted from your home, or losing your home through foreclosure. Bankruptcy law was designed to give you a second chance. I will not charge you just to talk on the phone. Call me at 432 853-5711, or send me an email at j_h14@hotmail.com with your telephone number, and I will call you back.

Question Hello There! How are you? Well I'll get straight to the point. I am a 20 year old pre-med student at the University of Cincinnati. When I first turned 18, I was "raped" by credit card companies and wound up with 6 credit cards totaling about $8,000 in available credit by the time I turned 19. I was responsible at first, but this led to that and long story short, I wound up in a lot of debt! Then I got into a car wreck. I had to take out a loan (with my dad as a co-signer) and use some of my savings to buy a new, albeit crappy, car. I hit a guardrail in my accident, and now I owe the State Generals office $800 plus interest. I went through a long period last year of creditors calling me more than 13 times a day, and I just got a threatening call from the Attorney Generals office. I have consolidated my creditcard debt with a non-profit org, but I think that they're jipping me somehow. Anyway, here's where I stand: I owe: about $4,000 to credit cards and am paying $137 per month. I owe about $2,700 on my car which I am paying $110 per month. I owe about $800 to the state of OH which I have yet to do anything about. My rent+utilities= about $500 per month. Then there's food, gas, and other necessities. I do not have a drivers livense because it was suspended last year and cannot get one until I have high-risk insurance (I was a bad driver when I started out) which I cannot afford. I live on my own, pay for school and everything else. I just don't have the money!!! I have to pay bills late to accomodate others, so I undoubetdly have bad credit. I constantly feel like my head is just above water! I feel like I'm choking on all of this stress! I am a good person,a full time student with a 3.4 G.P.A. and I hope to go to O.S.U. Vet-Med in 2008 (which I will have to figure out how to get about $30,000 a year) I'm afraid that my circumstance is a ticking time bomb. Please help!!! I know that there's a lot to cover and several variables, but any advice or guidance that you can offer will be greatly appreciated. I look forward to your responce. Thank You, Zachary (Zach513@yahoo.com)
