Question
I have my finance on my credit card as an authorized user only - I have been receiving calls from a collection agency and they are bothering my fiancee - can they do this - he is not a joint applicant... It is my card and I am the only one responsible for the payment.. can I request that they stop calling him isn't he considered a third party?

When you authorized him you gave the agency the ability to contact him about the said debt. Chances are it's also affecting his credit bureau at the point. Depending on your state that practice may not be legal. Since you authorized him on your card it's not considered third party.
