Question
i refinance my home 3 yrs ago and tought i was on a 30yr fix but just found out i was on a 3yr arm. March of 08 my house payment is going up to almost $2000 a mon.. When that time comes I'm going to walk away from my house unless i can sell it first. When it goes into forecloser what do i exspect to happen? I live in the state of kentucky

Try to Refi the home, if that doesn't work and you feel you don't want to. Contact a realtor and see if they will assist you in short selling the house. You don't want to go through a foreclosure. Think about your other options first.
