Question
I have several hospital bills from a surgery in march of this year. I have been making monthly payments on them but the hospital keeps sending me letters stating that if i don't remit payment in full they will send me to collections. I thought that michigan law stated that if you are making payments on hospital bills that they can not send you to collections?
