Question
I have a situation where the hospital gave all of my information to their collection agency, is that right. When I say all my information I mean what I was treated for and the medicine that was perscribed. And the killer is that I don't owe the debt and the collection agency continue to report it. Can I sue this collection agency and the hospital.
