Question
I set up payment arangements with a supervisor,to pay sixty dollars now then 2nd week in july to clear the bill up total. Now every one in the office i think is calling me. i explain to them, and an other calls. seven times on monday , eight times today. how do i stop this please

Answer
Send a certified letter, return receipt requested (to show they got it) with your payment.  Outline the payment schedule and ask them, since you've made arrangements on the balance, to cease & desist with the phone calls.  If an amicable arrangement is in place, there is NO reason for the continued calls.

In the interim, if they call again, ask for a supervisor and voice your complaint verbally.  Tell them that since you've agreed to a deal, additional phone calls will be considered harassment.

Hope you get it worked out,
