College Financial Aid Info/Finacial aid and student loans

Question
I was wondering if I can get financial aid and student loans while having 3 separate felonies that are NOT drug related.

Answer
Thank you for your question,
I do know that the FAFSA is very clear on drug related charges. I am not sure if a felony charge would have any bearing on getting any financial aid. As some schools may have their own policy regarding this, it is best to visit the school that you want to attend.  The financial process starts in the start of the new year, so right now, for the following fall semester.  Get in contact with the financial aid officer at the prospective school to get started.
Sorry this couldn't be more specific, but the best thing to do is to contact the school first and ask those questions.
