College Financial Aid Info/How can I get a scholarship to study abroad?

Question
Hello, first at all, I want to thank you to read this message and I apologize for my bad English.
Well, I want to ask you about winning a scholarship to study abroad. I really want to study other countries but, because of the high prices and taxes, it is impossible to me or either my family to afford the money. The only way, would be a scholarship. I am Brazilian, I'll finish High School next year, and I am 16 years old.
I wish I could study in a country where the first language were English, it would be easier for me, assuming I already know English.
Seems impossible though. There are too people trying to get a financial ad to study in these countries. I want to know how I can apply for one scholarship or, either, get a financial ad.
I want to thank you one more time.

Best wishes,
Marcus Vinícius de Freitas

P.S.: I want to be a lower.

Answer
Marcus,

Thanks for getting with AllExperts and asking your question.  Unfortunately I am not familiar with the College process for students in countries outside the United States.  IF you lived here, I would recommend some websites for you to take a look at... but the best advice I may be able to give you - would be the same.  Take a look at the websites, do a little searching and research - and see what is available in your country for you to take advantage of studying abroad.

If you have High School Counselors... you may want to check with them as well.

Have a wonderful Holiday season... and I hope this helps.
