The defense can run it back for two points.  Then they get the ball.  If they are behind by four, and if they score a TD on their next offensive series, the game is over.

I favor a 16 team playoff insteand of the BCS stuff.  I also favor changing these Overtime rules to playing a 5th quarter without sudden death, and then starting a 6th quarter as any other quarter, with sudden death in the 6th quarter.  A test of willpower and physical endurance.
