College Football/Play Cornerback

Question
I'm looking to step up my off season training to play corner back next year in the NCAA. Any idea what kind of workout I should set up for myself?

Answer
Mihajilo, Happy New Year!

Continue your weight training and sprints, but if you can buddy up with your team's quarterback, run your defensive scheme for as many hours as possible.  The more natural you can be for your position, the more confidence you gain.  The confidence can make the difference to help win the game.

Take care,
