Hi my name is Sway. I am a senior in high school that loves to play football. But ma first two years of college I won't be able to play because I have to go to a jr college first and the jr college I will be goin to has no football team. I just wanted to ask can I still walk on to a college football team when I'm a jr in college when I transfer to a four year college?

Yes, you can walk on but you need to stay in physical as well as football shape.  Talk to your 4 year school to see what their program allows (like a grey shirt Freshmen, or redshirting). They may have accelarated courses that allow you to get qualified for their school.  Talk to the Counselors.
