hi there My name is chris mortimer i am from australia i am 21 how old is the latest you can be to try out for a college football team? i have played rugby league for 15 years and played 3 grades below the nrl over here  i am 93kg and run the 100m in around 12secs and am roughly 6ft i have been following the nfl for about 10 years and would love to come and have a go for some fun and maybe even have a go in college in the long run i want to come over next year for a holiday i will be 22 is that too old for college there? if you could give me some websites for tryouts that would be great thanks? please write back to my email.

Chris, hello!

You're not too old but most of the college players have 4 years of high school and 4 years of college experience as they enter the NFL.

If you have great athletic ability, you could be considered at colleges.  You have to select the name of the university, or the state where you will seek to enroll before knowing their details of tryouts.  Contact the school directly, to their Athletic Department and they will advise the requirements.
