College Football/College football

QuestionIt has always been my childhood dream to play college football. I currently play in high school and will be graduating from Ozark, Ar soon. The only problem is that I am built like a running back but coach plays me at center and defensive tackle. How do I work on my speed? Because I know that I do not have enough size to compete with other players at my current positions?
AnswerCaleb, hello!
I can't give you the best answer, but running sprints after sprints will increase your speed. If you are a durable player the college you choose will get you into the position where you best help the team. You notice a tremendous difference in college speed versus the high school player. So, you need to get busy with the athletic departments of your schools. They will be the ones to get you on the right training programs for the position you seek.
Take care,
