QuestionOkay im 6'2-6'3 and 175 i played football all-american and freshmen i started both years in numerous positions im only 18 and wanted to play college ball what do i have to do to get there? i want to get to 190-200 but i dont want to lose my speed? how should I be working out only got 6 months left?

You need to contact the college of choice and they will give you a training program to get you prepared. You can contact the local players or YMCA and get their schedules. If all else fails, get yourself into a routine of running sprints, eating a balanced diet and weights.
