Questionhi im chad, i live in Hawaii. down here we sorta produce some of the biggest lineman. unfortunately i don't that that size like them. im only 5'9 or 5'10 and 225. i run a 40 in 5.5 from my 10th grade year and im a junior now. i want to play at the next level and i think i can cause i can handle going up with these big guys down here. but would i need to change position to possibly get to college or stay at nose guard. can you please give me some tips of exercises too that will help me improve for the combine that all those colleges coaches come too. thank you
AnswerChad, hello!
You need to work the weights, sprints and good diet. Talk to the coaches and players at your school and colleges. I have attached some sites for you to review.
Remember, at your age you are about to grow and improve if you stay disciplined. What you do over the next two years can literally shape your football career.
Take care,
Thom Brooks
