okay. im 6'3 175 i want to play football next season i want to know what i could do to get to like 195-210 pounds? im a widerecever and i love football. I havent played football since i was a freshmen..im 18 and it not to late to still play.. what else do i have to do to play college ball? and get on a college team?

Exercise,(constant sprints), healthy diet, stay away from enhancement drugs and work on Leadership skills.  Your weight will build as you mature but leadership is the key to being a strong college player.
