College Football/age cap in the ncaa

QuestionHello mr brooks , i am currently a 6'ft 240lbs linebacker student athlete who is just now fiinishing high school i wouldve graduated in 2007 as planed but my parents got divorced and ive been moving arround every since and had to adopt home school to finnish my highschool classes online and graduate well that didnt go as planed due to money issues but now im getting back on track to graduate and finnish and go forward into pay college football this up coming fall iam planning on going to a junior college for a year to get playing time and film and transfer to a 4 year. my question to u is at the age of 20 is it too late for me to go right into a 4 year college and play football? or is there some sort of age cap in the ncaa? and by the way i only played 1 year of highschool football due to a serious injury that side line my highschool career but i am willing to give my all to play on the next level i hope u can give some guidence on what steps i should take next. thanx alot!!!

I've attached some sites for you to contact the NCAA about your eligibility. You are not too old but there is a 5 year clock that runs. However, the college will give you the exact dates.
It is great that you will work hard to get back to school. You are to be admired for never giving up.
