College Football/kicking a loose ball in football

Question
Team A is on offense and the quarterback throws an interception. The defensive player (Team B) who picked it off fumbles the ball. Then a player on the defense
(Team B) kicks the loose ball out of bounds. Whose ball is it?

Answer
Shane, hello!

Since the possession changed to Team B, they would still keep possession of the ball, along with a penalty for illegal kicking of 15 yards.
