Answer
Rob, hello!

You are in the growth stage of your life. If you stay dedicated and disciplined and work out properly, you will continue to improve.  Your chances are above average if you maintain your focus.

I coach a men's baseball team, over age 25 league.  One of my players just hurt his back lifting the wrong way.  He played four years in the St. Louis Cardinal farm system and knew better, so make certain you stretch before all of that power lifting.  You need to have guidance, schedules and common sense to work out responsibly.

Have a great day!
