Question
QUESTION: Gerard M. 19.  Are you familiar with the JC's and small Dll and Dlll schools in texas? I am 5'10 170 run a 4.60 40 bench 300 sqaut 385 PC 225 and i have a "nose for the ball" if you know what i mean. I also played high school football against players such as QB Todd Reesing (kansas), Qb Zach Rhodes (SMU), teams like Phlugerville schools and Lake Travis New Braunfels. All in 4A i started as a line backer junior and senior seasons and against those two QB's i mentioned above i had my best two games over 10 tackles i never got beat in coverage and i took both of them down easy in the open field those were both as juniors.  Do you think based on what ive told you i have a legitimate shot at playing at a small school?

ANSWER: Based solely on the information provided above you shot at playing at a small school.

QUESTION: What other things can i ask you?  So i can kno where i might be able to play.  I
might be going to Sul Ross State to play. What do you think aboput that?

Answer
Gerard,
The most import thing is that you get an education.  Remember you are going to college to get an education, football is secondary.  If you are fortunate enough to make onto a team you will then have the honor of being a collegiate Student Athlete.

Your first step is to gain admissions to the college through the admissions office. This will require proper GPA and SAT scores.  Each school will be able to help you with these requirements.  You should apply to colleges where you can get in.  Also when you contact the admissions department make sure you concurrently contact the football office.
