im trying to play D1-A football and i wanna play FS but i wanna know what would be a good weight to be so i can build more muscle and get ready

John, hello!

Your size will depend on your height but a FS can be 180-215.  If you have the skill, speed and know your team's defense, your size will not be as big a factor as your ability.  Your Coaches will get you prepared for the best size for your ability!
