College Football/Would this ever be possible?

Question
I've wanted to play football since I was about 9 years old. My dad would never let me, as he was a former NHL player, so he always made me stick to hockey, and the seasons overlapped. Anyways, I often play pick-up games with the football team and I usually do extremely well. I'm an all-state hockey player, and have been told numerous times to give up hockey. Anyways I was just wondering if it would ever be possible to be a walk on WR at indiana university. I'm 6'2" 195 lbs 4.50 forty and currently have a 31" vertical.
Thanks
Cam

Answer
Cameron, hello!  My youngest son is 20 years old, and lead singer in a band called Listen 2 Three  ( myspace.com/listen2three ) so you have a special name there!

If I were a football coach that had any kind of sense, I would find a way to get a man on the team who had gotten comfortable playing Hockey!  If Indiana is your chosen school, you need to contact them immediately and they will likely invite you to their next available tryouts and camps.  You appear to have the skills, but also the Hockey toughness would likely be present on the football field.  You would be a blessing for their squad, so pursue them in order for them to pursue you!!
