Question
I am a junior going into my senior season. I weigh 230 and I am 5"11' 1/2. I max out for the bench press 350 and squat 275 and dead lift 315. I am a center and a defensive tackle. I am interested to play in the college level. I am taking weight gainer and run a 4.3 shuttle. What is your suggestion of the level of college football I should walk on two.

Answer
Landz, hello!

You are progressing at a good level.  Be extremely careful about taking any growth assistance that could harm your health, or keep a college from wanting you to play for them.  If you work on a proper training schedule and keep a healthy diet, you will have schools taking note.  Your coaches should help by giving you exposure to the scouts.

Your play will determine which level of play that you will be able to choose from.

Take care,
