i havent played football since the ninth grade and i want to know if theres any chance of me playing football again?

I have no idea what your skill and abilities were, nor how you've kept in shape. If you believe you can get prepared for football both physically and mentally, then yes you can play football again. You will need to get with the coaches where you seek to play. They will tell you their dates for tryouts. You will discover very quickly if you can compete with the men that have many years of experience.
