Questionyes my question is i have never played football at any level. i know i have what it takes to play in college but i don't have any film or anything i just recently got out of the military so i am in good shape and very quick and fast i am 5'9 and 170 lbs and working out like crazy i know i would be a great receiver if i was afforded the opportunity to play. do you have any suggestions on how i can break in to college or do you have any connects. well i appreciate your time and thanks once again
AnswerGeorge, hello!
Without football experience, you will be 4 years behind the men that you compete with and against. So, the obstacle is huge, but if you are a talented athlete, you can overcome and be successful.
You need to contact the college where you choose to enroll. They will give you the exact details. I have attached some websites for your review.
Even if you're in great shape, the Coaches are looking for skill, experience, durability and Leadership. You should provide the Leadership but no one knows how you will hold up when a 240 pound man slams you into the turf.........It's gonna hurt.......
Thank you for every single day you wore our uniform. You are a Great American!
