Question
What are the new rules for college football regarding time?

Answer
Bart, I have attached some websites for you to review the new changes. Some are that the time has been reduced after the ready to play whistle blows.  The facemask penalty is now 15 yards, regardless if it was accidental or malicious.  I will review the rules myself because I just took two state football exams for high school and they're a little different and do not want to confuse or make a wrong statement to you!

Take care,

Thom Brooks
