Hello, I just recently completed my BS at Houston.  My dream every day at work has been to play college ball for my favorite team.  Is it too late if I am a grad student?  I was NCAA registered in 1998 for one semester also.

No it is not necessarily too late to play NCAA football as a grad student.  This would be addressed on a case by case basis with the NCAA. There are some very narrow rules that will need to be examined, i.e. the schools you attended, any hardships, you playing experience, the reason why you registered in 1998 and didn't play, etc.  Because you are enrolled as a grad student I strongly recommend you make an appointment to discuss you situations you school's compliance officer in the athletic department.

But no it is not too late, you do have a chance.
