Hey Vic,   I was curious to know if you knew the EXACT kickoff time on 10/16/2009- Rutgers Vs. Pittsburgh.  Source?

Answer
The game time was listed for 8:00PM EDT.  It was a TV game on ESPN so scheduled Kick-off was 8:06.  However there were weather issues that day and the official reports do not indicate actual kick-off time.The game playing time on Oct 16, 2009 was 3:22.
