I was curious to know if you knew the EXACT kickoff time on 10/16/2009- Rutgers Vs. Pittsburgh. Source?

Jason, hello!

You can contact either school. Someone in their athletic department would have that start time, (the announcers, the campus TV crew, the local TV and radio stations, the NCAA and football officials, the PA announcers calling the game.

I would not have a source that would get closer than those listed above.

Let me know your motive and maybe I can think of other avenues to get an answer for you. Was it game related to the clock's timing?
