Question
If the kicking team is penalized and must kick off from the 15 yard line and then kicks it out of bounds, is the ball still placed on the 40 or would it be 15 yards further

Jim, hello!

The Receiving Team would have the option of taking the ball where it went out or making them kick the ball again after a 5 yard penalty or taking the ball from the 35.
