Hi, im a sophmore in high school and i was just wondering in order to play college ball as a O - LineMen and D-Linemen how much should i weigh and how tall should i be i am 6 3 weighing 250

You are in your growth spurt years.  You need to keep on a sensible weight training program, sprints, and a healthy diet.  Do not over do the weights.

Your size will firm up.  You need a professional trainer to give you the schedule.
