Question
If the ball is kicked into the endzone, not touched by the receiving team, and stays in the endzone, can it be recovered by the kicking team for a touchdown or is it a dead ball?

Answer
Larry, hello!

It is a Live Ball until the official determines that no one is attempting to recover it.
