Question
Hey, first of all, I appreciate you taking your time to answer my question.

I am 15 (16 in 9 days)

185-187 Pounds

6'3

Bench- 180 (1 rep)

Squat-205 (3 reps)

Deadlift-275 (3 reps)

Ive been hitting the gym for about 3-4 Months

I have been putting on weight, but would appreciate some tips about that

I want to get to 200 in 6 Months

my 40 With this weight gained is 5.1

to me , speed isnt necessary YET!

i want to put on weight

i strength train (deadlift(4 sets),squat(4 sets), benchpress (5 sets)
im learnign how to power clean
then im going to add that!

every other day

the other day i rest and goto a 3 hour football practice

Now i would want to stop strength training end of November and start focusing on muscles on seperate days (Bodybuilding basically)

would that be smart?

and at the end of November, I want to start focusing on speed, jumps, and agility,

So to sum this all up, I want to gain weight to be a trucking receiver, then add speed and agility and hops

Ihave access to a speed ladder, community gym, and a sparq parachute.

Could you please give me advice and make some sort of schedule?

not too specific but a general idea

Answer
Hello!

At your age, you are coming into a growth period.  All that you seek will happen if you maintain an intelligent diet and reasonable workouts.  You need to get with your school's trainers and/or the professionals at the fitness centers to help form a schedule for you.  It would vary according to your age, size, weight and positions you seek to play.  Be very careful not to over exert your training.  If you ruin an arm or leg, then you just ruined your future athletics.  Be agressive, but don't ruin your body doing it.
