QuestionI'm a high school senior and i want to play college ball but i weigh a little to much and am not in the best shape i can be. What kind of workouts should i do in order to be able to play and make a difference on the team
AnswerCorey, hello!
You are in the stagge of your life where a healty diet, routine jogging, sprints and weight lifting will all help your development. You need a professional trainer, YMCA assistance, or the coaches to give you the exact advice about your weight, current health condition and the specific training for the position you seek to play.
If you are a large man with bad knees, then excessive running might not be in your best interest. The professionals will give you a schedule based on your height, weight and capabilities.
Wish you the best and hope you get to play on Saturdays!!!
