Question
Why are the referees wearing blue sleeves on their right arms?  

Answer
I was officiating football for the age 10-12 year old kids yesterday and missed half of the college games on TV.  I saw the sleeves but heard nothing about their purpose.  If you find out before I write back, let me know!
