You didn't give me enough information to answer your question.  If you are a good athlete and if your grades allow you to meet the NCAA minimum requirements, then you have a chance.  You making a team will be determined by how you prepare, what position you want to play, what school you want to play for, what kind of player they want, and how much Leadership you can bring to that team.
