Answer
Eddy, hello and Happy New Year!

Yes, if you have the skills you would be considered.  Contact them about their tryout dates.  One of America's great Coaches, Vince Lombardi, played at Fordham.

I have attached the NCAA eligibility rules for your review.  The school you enroll in will advise about your opportunity to play ball for them.  If you have no experience on the field, the men you will compete against will start ahead of you on the depth chart.  Whatever position you try out for, you need to get with those who have played in order to get the feel of the plays.  I have also attached many sites for you to gain knowledge.  If you are a smart fella, you will learn to take advantage of the opponent who is not as smart.  If you have Leadership, it can give you an advantage against a man that has experience but lesser Leadership.  So, use your strengths.  The college game is much quicker than high school, so prepare to be amazed at how big, smart, fast and tough the college ball player is.  Seeing it on TV or from the stands is much different than when the big guy runs you down and hurts you!
