Question
I would love to get a copy of the 10/20/1993 Boston College Notre Dame game on dvd for my boyfriend for his birthday, does this exist and where could I purchase it?

You need to call/email the BC and Notre Dame. Their athletic departments have access to the tapes/films. If they are not offering it to the public, then make contact with the local TV stations that carried the game. They will sell the film, if the schools allowed it.
I've also attached the website of the NCAA. They can advise if they offer the films. Contact ESPN and they will let you know if they can release their films of that game!
