Question
If a team takes the lead with no time left in the game do they kick an extra
point? I know they don't in college what about NFL ?

Answer
Ryan, hello!

Not that I know of.  They would kick the extra point if it were regular season where Point Scored, Points against Opponents in the same division, etc., would be critical for potential tiebreaker rules.

It's similiar to what they do in high school, (Playing in one division the tiebreaker rules could matter so they go for the extra point).
