The first thing............ Your have to keep your grades up or high school and college rules will not allow you to play.
I've attached a number of websites for you to start learning about.
Go to your state's High School Association and learn the rules of play and requirements.
Stay on a healthy diet and allow your coaches to give you instruction on how to exercise. If you try too much, you could injure yourself. So, temper your enthusiasm with a written plan of action.
