Hi
    I no you probably get many question about this but i was wondering if i should try and go out for college foot ball, i never played highschool foot ball because i had things going on at the time that interfered but im 19 yrs old and 5'9 i am fast and great at catching and throwing passes when playing a game, well i was going to go to Ball State which is a college i am interested in and visit it and i wanted to meet with the coach to talk to him about playing foot ball do you think he would think i was wasting his time and my time?

Without experience, the schools would start you off at the bottom of their recruiting list.  However, if you can show that you have talent, Leadership and dependability traits, then they would start giving you consideration to make their roster.  They have many top quality players, with experience, that want to get on the team, so your task would be very difficult.  Not impossible, just tough.  

So, if you are truly committed to putting in the time, a college will give you the shot at your dream.  It is entirely up to your attitudes and dedication.
